About 3 weeks ago, before Chinese New Year, I had the privelege to attend the grand opening of a new Vegetarian Cuisine in town. It serves intenational cuisines inspired by Chinese, Tibetan, Vietnamese and Western vegetarian styles. Dubbed as the "new age" vegetarian restaurant, they believe in spreading the goodness of the fresh and natural inrediens cooked in a contemporary, fine dining style that gives diners a wholesome and healthy experience.

Nestled in the busy uptown and hub of Petaling Jaya, Jaya One, Kechara Oasis can accommodate up to 210 guest at one time for lunch and dinner banquets. It's a great venue for all types of corporate functions, parties and even wedings as the restaurant has 3 VIP pivate rooms that can accommodate up to 40 guests in a mre intimate manner.
Since chinese new year was just around the corner, then, we had yee sang to start off with. Then, came a few of Kechara's specialty that only left droolings with us. Here's some photos to show you...
